    Monique Chatman is an award-winning entrepreneur and business coach based in Rochester, NY. She guides seed-stage companies and overwhelmed entrepreneurs toward clarity, growth, and long-term success. Monique owns two thriving businesses, including The Groom Room Men’s Spa and Lounge, recognized as the Best Black-Owned Spa in 2022. Named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2024, she blends innovative strategy with lived experience to empower others on their entrepreneurial journeys. Her mission is to help others overcome barriers, build sustainable businesses, and thrive in competitive markets.

    Warren Miller is a Community Business Banker with more than 25 years of experience in credit, lending, and financial trading. He specializes in helping clients and their businesses grow through tailored financial solutions, education, and strategic advice. With a strong background in project management and business development, Warren brings passion and leadership to every client relationship. Beyond his professional work, he is deeply involved in nonprofit support and community empowerment, dedicating time and expertise to organizations that foster financial literacy and local development.

  • Kimberly Mitchell, Secretary

    Kimberly Mitchell is a transformation expert and creator of the Journey to Joy Personal Transformation System. A former Air Force Sergeant and founder of Emerald City Ventures, she draws on her background in corporate training and federal technology rollouts to help women aged 40–60 overcome self-sabotage and build lives of purpose. Kimberly built a six-figure training business from the ground up and now focuses on personal development, guiding women through mindset shifts that lead to lasting joy, confidence, and fulfillment in both life and business.

  • LaTisha Weaver

    LaTisha Weaver is a dedicated clinical research professional with over eight years of experience specializing in budget negotiations, site advocacy, and financial strategy for independent research sites. As CEO and Founder of LDM Clinical Research Source, she empowers sites to secure fair, sustainable agreements with sponsors and CROs. A U.S. Army veteran, LaTisha is also a Brand Ambassador for Black Women in Clinical Research and an Ambassador for Noir Research Collective. She is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical trials and increasing access to research opportunities for underrepresented communities.
